TODD WADE – Managing Broker/Owner
Todd graduated from the University of North Texas (Cum Laude) with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; a major in Real Estate. He was awarded the Real Estate Student of the Year award as well as being an Appraisal Institute Scholarship winner.
Todd joined Windermere Commercial Real Estate / Allen & Assoc in 2002 & soon was the driving force behind their Commercial Department.
In January 2008 Todd started Woodford CRE as he felt a desire to improve on the standard model for commercial real estate brokerages.
Todd has been involved in a variety of high profile Commercial transactions in Cowlitz & Clark county’s & is well known & respected throughout the commercial brokerage field.
Todd has been buying, selling & developing commercial real estate since 1998 & he brings the highest level of experience & expertise to Woodford CRE.
CHRIS ROEWE – Partner/Broker
Chris graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; majoring in Finance.
Chris became a partner at Woodford in January of 2009. Prior to this Chris was practicing Real estate in SW Washington for 3 years and Bank Management for 2 years.
Chris enjoys being active in his local community including Kelso Rotary, Kelso Eagles, and LeTip of Longview.
Chris regularly attends meetings in Portland attending CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and also belongs to MART (Meaningful Arrangement of Real Estate Transactions) in which Chris has won Transaction of the Year 3 times.
Chris has broad experience in all fields of Real Estate, including Multi-Family (both large and small), Commercial Investments, Leasing, Sales, Creative Transactions, Alternate Financing Methods, and really enjoys number crunching.
Chris has owned most every type of property out there and has hands on knowledge of what it takes to make projects successful.
Hal is seasoned Real Estate professional who has been practicing in Cowlitz County for 30 years. His broad experience ranges from residential & commercial sales & leasing to property development & management as well as asset management & improvement.
He has extensive experience in equity marketing, complex exchange marketing & improving the net worth of his clients. Hal also provides consultation to a variety of attorneys & clients. Additionally, he has an extensive leasing background.
Hal has a solid background in community involvement including Lions, Kelso-Longview Chamber of Commerce, Longview City Council & the Washington State Senate. He is currently the Chairman of the Cowlitz County Board of Equalization.

MORRIS JONES – Broker
Morris joined Woodford in May 2011. Prior to joining Woodford, Morris was in Residential Real Estate with Columbia River Properties.
Morris is a Retired United States Army Officer and has been involved in many different career fields prior to being in Real Estate.
